At Feyr Law, we are committed to transparency, integrity, and the responsible use of technology in our legal services. As part of our ongoing efforts to enhance client experience and service quality, we utilize advanced artificial intelligence (AI) tools, including LegalMike, to support our legal research and analysis.

Use of LegalMike

Feyr Law has entered a partnership with LegalMike. LegalMike is a specialized AI assistant designed for legal professionals. It assists our team by providing structured legal research, document analysis, and drafting support, always under the supervision of qualified lawyers.

LegalMike operates within strict boundaries: it does not make autonomous decisions or provide legal advice directly to clients. All output generated by LegalMike are reviewed and validated by our legal experts before being used in client matters.

Compliance with laws and regulations

Our use of AI complies with applicable laws and regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the Dutch Bar Association’s rules, and relevant EU and national legislation on data protection and professional secrecy. We ensure that all processing of personal and confidential information is lawful, fair, and transparent, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Security and confidentiality

LegalMike is operated in a secure environment with robust technical and organizational safeguards. Data processed by LegalMike is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to AI tools and processed data is strictly limited to authorised personnel. Feyr Law does not use AI systems that store, share, or process client data outside the European Economic Area without adequate safeguards.

Limitations and human oversight

While LegalMike enhances efficiency and supports our legal professionals, it does not replace human judgment. All AI-assisted outputs are subject to critical review by our lawyers. We do not rely solely on AI-generated information for legal advice or decision-making.
